Passing the Buck! Customer Service dont know what they are doing

I ordered online for an item that when arrived I realised that I didnt have space in my flat for it. I never opened the packaging. I have requested for a courier to come and collect and for a refund on my Builders Credit Card - They have advised me to go to my nearest Game store. - I went to Watercrest in Hillcrest Durban to be turned away and told to go to Pinetown - PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RUG IS 10KGS that I need to cart around!!!!!!!! I am highly annoyed! I have wasted my airtime being transferred from pillar to post as well as petrol. All I want is for this item to be collected and a refund! I will be closing my Builders Credit Card as well as going onto social media for Games incompetence.
