Passed delivery turnaround time

I ordered laundry machine last week Monday their turnaround time is 2-5 days last week I received an email saying it was with the courier company yesterday I received an email again saying out for delivery but it wasn't not delivered I asked their help desk what that means I was told it went to courier company and they have 3 courier companies I am not happy with this honestly I am disappointed 😞 I am told their complaints feedbacks take 24-48 hours meaning I should still wait 2 more days I am not happy with game.
