Parts missing of cooling fan-follow up

"Parts missing of cooling fan I have called and sent emails to collect your cooling fan with a part missing but so far no courier has collected. Sorry, this can collect dust and I won't pay for it.It is debited to my Game account. I will report this matter to the Consumer Affairs board if you decide to hand me over to debt collectors."

I published this on 21/1/2019.A follow up- if this item is not collected by 29/1/2019,I will be putting this out with the trash on 30/1/2019 because that is when our thrash get collected.!
