Partial Delivery and Lack of Feedback

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my order for 6 boxes of long life milk, placed on 25th October 2024. Unfortunately, I have only received 1 box, despite numerous attempts to bring this to the attention of both Game and the delivery company.

It is unacceptable that I have not received any feedback or update on the status of my order, despite reporting the issue. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and communication, which has been lacking in this instance.
