Part of order not delivered
I am awaiting part of an order for which I have emailed and phoned 12 times to enquire about. The consultants are very friendly, but still no-one has been able to confirm when delivery will take place or where my product is. More than one consultant has told me they will phone back to give an update - this has not happened! Last update on my order was 05 December.

I have emailed *** twice with no response.
Half of the consultants told me my computer will be delivered the day I phoned and that it is with Dawn wing (I have phoned for 11 days, needless to say it has not been delivered)
Another consultant told me today that it hasn't been send yet, the supplier is looking for stock and that they can't give me more info than that. This conflicted answers are very disappointing!
All I want is to know is where my computer is and when it will be delivered as I ordered and paid for this on the 28th of November.
The consultants are very poorly informed with a system that can't track orders as no one had the same answer for me.
I would appreciate accurate feedback and receive my product.
