Parcels counter

I went to Game yesterday around 6:00 pm to purchase milk,I had a plastic from Trueworths with clothes in it,I was instructed by the security guard at the Entrance to take the Thrueworths plastic to the parcels counter,i roamed around looking for the parcels counter until I was told that the parcels are kept at the cigarrette counter.There was a queue of about 8-9 people waiting to make the payments.I went to the front of the queue as I had I assumed that I wouldnt have to stand in the long queue just to hand in my parcels.The cashier rudely instructed me to join the queue the I tried explaining that I wasnt paying but just handing in parcels ,he told me regadless of what I wanted to do I still had to join the queue.pHow is it that Game dont make provisions for parcels and one has to be inconvinienced because they have parcels?why do I have to stand in a queue with people who are making payment just to hand in a small plastic of clothing then have to come back at stand in another queue to pay for my items.This needs to addressed ,there is terrible service at the black dominated retailers because our people dont complain,please address this matter urgently....
