Paid to receive nothing.

I went to Game in Menlyn Mall to query if I could pay for a product there and arrange for delivery in Nelspruit, as I was moving to the latter. The salesman said that it could be arranged anfter confirmation.

Paid for the item there and was assured that delivery would take place as desired.

It has beeb a few days and still I can't get any assistance whatsoever. The salesman from Gwme in Menlyn Mall says one thing and the other salesmen in Game Nelspruit says a different thing.

I purchased the item cash and paid for delivery as well. Still nothing.

This is by far the worst service for the year.

On top of this, I tried phoning head office but the phone lines are so poor.

Today, I've been struggling for hours to just get some help. I expected this to be sorted already but nothing.
