Paid off account not removed from Itc
I have settled my game account in full on 5/5/2015. Emailed my proof of payment to game closure department in order to close off my account and update my ITC record. Till date my itc has not been updated to say that i have settled and closed the account. Please update the details as soon as possible to show that i do not still owe game anything. Thank you
