Paid for item 15 days ago

I went into game festival mall paid for a washing machine I was told I will be call on the 17th for stock availability my purchase was made 10/10/17 I called repeatedly the phone goes unanswered I even went as far as customer care no one has bothered to communicate with me about my item which is fully paid for it's 15 days of calling customer care and the store it self
