Paid for an item 3 weeks ago, still waiting

We paid for an item three weeks ago at Game Kathu. We have not received any feedback in the last week as to when our item will be here. First they said that the warehouse does not have stock and then the other branch did not have stock. When we were there we were told that Tshepo is on leave and the department manager was not there. This is pathetic service. If they could not deliver they were supposed to tell us that they cannot order the item for us.
