Paid for a Refrigerator - but no delivery since 14 November 2018

On 17 November 2018, I purchased a Hi Sense refridgerator at Game Stores in Kimberley that was on special from 14-23 November 2018 for R1 999 plus delivery and informed by saleslady that they were waiting for stock. Advised that the best way to secure this item, was to pay upfront and as soon as the stock arrives, I will be notified. I have been to the store 3 times to date and went to the store today to request the "2nd" Manager of the store that I still await the item. I was never contacted by the store since I paid for this item which is still not delivered. I was told to expect delivery in December but nothing to date. I have paid for the refrigerator and told by 3 different staff they don't have an idea when the item will be received or delivered to me. I would like to know when I will be receiving this refrigerator? Why does Game advertise stock that is not available? I would like this matter to be resolved within 48 hours as I have already been inconvenienced since 14 November 2018. I have been a loyal Game customer for the past 18 years and sure that the product will be delivered as promised within a realistic time frame - not "we don't know/we can't say when we will receive the stock!"
