Paid but no product received
Good Morning,
I would like to lodge a formal complaint. On the 14th of November 2023, I bought Trojan TR1410 Treadmill and made a payment of R9,999.00 however I have not received the product and when I check online it says order failed.
Its been almost a week since I raised with Game Customer Service and I have been sending follow-up through emails and calls to no avail.
