Ovhd why but why do u ignore me

I bought the ovhd pvr with rexording playback, since i bought it on the 30 june19 on play back it skips or does not play the recording, i have contacted ovhd on whats app since that day and im still waiting on the problem to be fixed. I HAVE been promised that someone would assist me with in 48 hours that was a week ago, every time some else whats app me but never with a solution. OVHD HAS NO AFTER SALES ASSISTANCE, ASNITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND A HALF, ALL I GET IS....
