Overdue Refund

Refund Delay – Order #***

I purchased a product online from this store (Order #***) on 8 January. After placing the order, I was informed that the item was out of stock due to a system error. I immediately requested a refund and was told it would take 3–5 business days.

As of today, I have contacted the company multiple times regarding the refund. Each time, I am told the matter has been escalated, but no resolution has been provided.

I am disappointed with the lack of follow-through and timely communication regarding the refund. I advise potential customers to be cautious when ordering online from this store.
