OVERCHARGING IS THEIR GAME

We had an account with Game. Looked at the statement carefully one day that they send to us. Their monthly service fee and admin related expenses debited on the account is more than half the installment we are paying every month. On an account with a balance of R858.79 they are charging a monthly amount of R44.55 and the debit order amount is R66.42. This as you could see is day light *******. You can actually go to one of those backstreet moneylenders and you will get a better deal from them. This is crazy!!! Be careful when opening an account with Game, know what you get yourself into. We have now went into the store and has closed our account. I need confirmation that our account is now settled and closed, as we never received anything from them. I will not take it past them that six months later they will most probably send us an account again for admin fees, advising us that we never requested an account closure.
