Overcharge of R2000 for a fridge purchased

In 2017 I bought a Refrigerator and realized a few months later I was overcharge by R2000. I have notified RCS first and they told me to notify Game Store as the mistake was made on there side. Its been back and forth speaking to different managers and even the Store Manager and all of them promised the matter will be resolved. I was promised even by the Store Manager that they will send me a mail but nothing materialized. I have literally lost it somany times in that store. They not interested solving my matter of being overcharged by R2000.. I even asked for the person who is over the Store Manager to contact me but up to today nothing happened..we are now in June 2021 and shockingly no one is taking responsibility for overcharging me R2000. I am appalled by this Store.
