Over three weeks still no technician

<p>I bought a whirlpool oven at game on the 13th of August this. Buy in Nov it stopped working as it is still under warranty i went on the 2nd of Dec to report it and to date am calling daily for a technician to come with success. I spent Christmas without an oven i can't begin to express how disgusted i am feeling with the service i am getting.</p>
