Over promise and under deliver
I moved and had to buy several new appliances. Game said they will deliver on Saturday 04 April. I received a confirmation message and was waiting the whole day just for delivery department to phone me at 12:00 to say my order will not be delivered. I have a house full of family with no fridge or a microwave.
