Over a month wait and tv is lost.

I sent my 48"Telefunken tv in for repairs and was told that it would take 21 days. It was sent in on the 04/11/2020.Today is the 07/12/2020 and the tv is not in the store. Previously i cam ro the store to chevk up in it and was told that they would call me back which they never did. Jabu never did. I have been waiting for the past 30min for a response. All im told is the guy is still checking. I bought an extra warrenty why? Such a hassle to get a tv fixed in Game Galleria! Its past its 21 days waiting period.
