Oven Purchase

By far my worst shopping experience by a mile. Try to shop and support local bit defnitly not again. Purchased not one but TWO gas ovens to the value of R20000 from my store in Paarl on the 23rd of June. Sorry sir (after the purchaes) we can only deliver Friday 03 July. After trying to persuade them for an earlier delivery I settled for Friday 3 July.

3 rd July came - no delivery. After calls made to Game (about 20), no sir it will be first thing Saturday. Saturday came and by 12:00 nothing. Phoned again and after another few stories and later a visit to the store, sir we will pick or up now by a private courier from our warehouse in Cape Town and deliver to you.

By Saturday 18:00 nothing!!!

Sunday morning they phoned me asking if I am happy with my delivery frol Saturday and that is when I went mental! Absolutly no respect for the buyer or the client!!!!

Monday morning I had to phone again and was told it will be with me this morning (Monday). After speaking to the driver he told me I am last on the list as they have other deliveries before me!!!! I mean what??? Game ( Massmart) You absolutly sucks at customer service. I will never ever purchase anything from you again as this a disgusting experience to say the least.
