Outstanding service received

I would like to extend a huge thank you for the outstanding service received from Savashni at the Richard's Bay credit desk when I went in to collect and activate my store card. She explained how the account works in a very broad and friendly manner. Ensuring that I leave the store a happy client and with no frustration of how to handle my new account. Such service is rare nowadays and needs to not go unnoticed ?
