Outstanding service from Store Manager Empangeni

<p>I recently contacted the Game Facebook page regarding my Xbox One being faulty. They responded well (although wrongfully assumed I complained about the store I bought it from, Game Empangeni.)</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then contacted by an extremely helpful man named Mike from Game Empangeni. He asked me to bring the console in with the original packaging and accessories and he will help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Among all the other things that Mike got right in helping me, it was his manner of delivering customer service that truly stood out. Swift, helpful and efficient.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks a lot Mike. Because of this service I received, Game Empangeni will remain my number 1 store to buy my gaming consoles, TVs and sound systems.</p> <p> </p>
