Outstanding Service from Renaka at Highveld Mall

I visited the Highveld Mall branch today in hopes of finding new stock, specifically the Dove gray blinds from Decorland in the 1000mm x 1000mm size. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any new stock and was about to leave the store. However, I was then approached by Renaka, who completely turned my experience around. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she was also exceptionally helpful. She took the time to assist me by shortening a longer blind, which provided the perfect solution to my problem.

Thanks to Renaka's dedication and support, I can now finalize my space without the need to visit other branches or shops. Her outstanding service truly made my day. Renaka, thank you once again for going above and beyond. You've certainly earned a loyal customer for life!
