Outstanding service from Game stores

My mother and I went to Game stores after 8pm on Saturday night, to purchase essential items that we required. The moment we asked for assistance my mom was helped with much respect and patience by Kaylin Andrews. She was very attentive and highly patient with my ill mother and all her requests. Irrespective of how late it was, Kaylin guided my mom to the nearest till point and we were assisted by Monique Japhtas at the till. My mom continued to ask for additional stuff and neither of the 2 employees showed annoyance because it was their going home time. They were both respectful in their interaction and answering my mom’s questions. Gretchen Basson was asked to bring a few extra items from the aisles and she too, did so with such grace and respect. We experienced some technical issues with my PayJustNow app however, Monique was kind enough to ask me to relax and take my time. She advised and guided me every step of the way. Since the transaction was duplicated, Monique was patient to make the necessary changes and rescan the items while Douglas Samuel’s also assisted and waited for us patiently. The staff went over and beyond with assisting us and left a my mom feeling like a valued customer with the kind of respect and exceptional customer service from Game stores Canal Walk.
