Outstanding online order for ¬1 year!
I placed 4 orders for 3X Salton 23L with Game Stores online on 29Nov2019; I only got 3 orders. I contacted their call centre several times and eventually corresponded with their consultant telephonically and via email providing details of the orders made on the day. To date, I am still awaiting feedback on the outstanding order.

After missing the 1 call on Friday, I responded on the same day requesting that you call me again on Monday as you did not leave a message with a contact number after the initial call. I made it clear that I am available for a call on Monday at ¬10:00a.m. and have communicated the same via email (2 emails to be precise). Unfortunately, it is NOT enough to attempt 1 follow-up and quickly write a response just so it looks like Game is responsive!!!!
