Outstanding Customer Service

<p>We just wanted to compliment Douglas and particularly Auzair at your Canal Walk branch.<br />Long story short, I bought a large smart TV and within 12 hours of unpacking and using it, certain issues were appearing with the smart applications, and in general I was not happy with the product.<br />Went to Canal Walk and once Auzair got permission from Douglas, he arranged collection, had a credit note issued, and even recommended another brand of Smart TV - all within a few days of each other.<br />We really did not expect to receive such fantastic service and understanding. Auzair was extremely helpful and is fantastically knowledgeable on all aspects of the TV, and is an asset to the company. I will definitely be buying from Game again! Thank you.</p>
