Out On Display

About a month ago, I went to Game President Str, Jhb. I intended to purchase a sandwich toaster.<br> I looked at the devices displayed and identified my choice. I asked a staff member for assistance, and was told that they were out of stock.<br> I requested that they check other branches, and they found, I think 1 at Rosebank Mall. Unfortunately I couldn't go there to buy it.<br> <br> Today I went back to Game President Str again. This time I was assisted by Aubrey and he was very helpful.<br> <br> The same toaster was still on display and still there was no stock, he checked for stock from other branches. It's been three and a half weeks, I'm driving with a temporary registration which has expired 4days ago(if in an accident my insurance will deny my claim)I still haven't received by trade in cheque, still awaiting a new backboard for the car I bought.<br> The sales manager was informed of all the above, promised to get back to me and flat out ignored me. The sales person seemed professional and timely but when they have your money the customer and his or her needs become a burden to the dealership.
