OUT OF STOCK ON SPECIALS
I went to game to take out a new contract phone (Samsung J1) and they were out of stock. We upgrade our current data contract and they could not help us because the Wi-fi device is out of stock. How is this possible???? Both are on the specials and they are out of stock. Today I phone to ask when will they receive stock and the lady said they did not received stock already and she could not tell me if they will receive this week. Se only said she hope it will be this week because next week the suppliers are closed. So can any one help me???? does this means it could be a possibility that I must wait till next year? It feels as if it is too much trouble for them to help the customers. Please phone my wife to tell us what is the next step???/

The store has received stock of the J1 which you can collect at your convenience. The store also found stock of the router which will be ITB to the store and they will advise you once the router is in the store.
