Out of stock, no idea when they'll get

I went to Game Clearwater on 12 December for the Sunbeam 40cm mist fan (barcode ***) that was on special for R895.00 and was told all stores in Gauteng were out of stock. I was issued with a call-back and told the distribution centre would receive stock on the 16th so could try the stores any time after that.<br> <br> I have gone to my nearest store (Game Rosebank) at least 3 times a week since then and each time have been told no store in Gauteng has stock. No one in store can tell me when stock will be received and that I should call head-office to find out. I called head-office and they said only the floor manager at the store would know when stock is due.<br> <br> It has now been almost a month and I still have no idea when, or even if, stock will be delivered. As per the CPA (ch2 part E 30.2&30.3) the supplier must supply the same or equivalent goods in a reasonable time, reasonable quantity, and at the advertised price. I believe a month is a reasonable time to acquire either the Sunbeam that was on special or an equivalent good...
