Out of stock for over 2 months

Loreal Elvive Fibrology shampoo and conditioner was advertised on sale in February 2015 when i arrived at the store they were out of stock of shampoo. I received a Reign check and was told that new stock will arrive shortly. Over the past 2 months i have constantly visited the store and still no stock. Everytime i enquire about the product i am told i will receive an SMS when there is stock. These products are again advertised in the Game paper 8-21 April 2015 and when i visited the store again last night there was still no stock. I waited 45minutes for staff to check for stock only to be told that the shampoo is still out of stock. It is ridiculous that the stock has not been replenished for over 2 months especially when it is advertised as a sale item. I was also told the manager of that specific department would contact me and i have still not received a call. Not once was i asked by the staff if they could locate the product at a different store for me. I am highly dissapointed at the poor service i received by Game and the constant out of stock.
