Out of stock

I went to game stores on the 01/05/2019 to enquire about the Iphone 6 special,the assistant at the store looked annoyed and was unfriendly and advised that the phones were out of stock,that is all I got from the assistant,then I decided to call in Game stores at Cresta,I spoke to a guy who asked me to hold while he took a personal call only to come to tell me that the phone is out of stock,my Question is why are you still advertising something that seems to be out of stock everywhere?
