Oscar Award Winners For Appauling Service

Never have i come accross such appauling service from ANY retailer as this before.Such a disgrace to the brand and definately to the directors.After i purchased a Genesis Cyclovac hoover which broke down after being used a mere 2 times never have i been exposed to such rudeness,pathetic service and constant finger pointing from Game staff.The fact that Game sources extremely poor quality appliances which they are unable to return to their suppliers is absolutely nonsensical.I have returned this vacuum twice in a short space of time disregarding that i have to travel 60km to accept such a product that i have fully paid for is really absurd.I am absolutely certain that Game and it susiduaries namely Genesis are big contenders in a money making scheme of **************** to its clients. As the item was being returned the lady at the kiosk was speechless that the Genesis guy who was called to examine the machine proudly said \Oh, we are used to these machines being brought back. They are generally problematic\" Confirmed-Faulty goods being sold.I would never recommend Game or Genesis products to any normal being and highly recommend that Game visit Makro for customer service course!"
