Ordered and paid for fridge, and three weeks later no feedback, no callbacks and no fridge.

I ordered and paid for a fridge on Monday, 7 May 2018 at Game Stellenbosch (Eikestad Mall). Apparently the fridge should have arrived before 14 May 2018 already. After numerous telephonic queries and visits to the store itself, I still did not receive any feedback on where my fridge is and when I can expect it. I have been a life-long customer of Game and NEVER have I received poor service like this. This is concerning because I already paid for the fridge, and I get NO feedback, NO callbacks etc. I will expect this fridge ASAP or further steps will have to be taken from my side.
