Order still not delivered!!!!

I placed an order no. *** on 5 August, the estimated date of delivery was 12 August. The order did not arrive, I called in and I was told the order would be delivered latest Wednesday 17 August. I called in Wednesday and I was told it would arrive by 18h00 even though the website did not say "out for delivery". The order did not arrive. Yesterday 18 August, I am told the order is still with the courier and the website is still not saying "out for delivery". I then called to request a cancellation of the order so that I can buy the item at the shop and take it home the same day. I went to the game store and I was told there is nothing they can do to help me. The only way I can get my refund is if the courier sends the item back to the store and the store cancels the order.

This is unacceptable, if the courier has failed to deliver to me since 5 August how long would it take for them to take it back to the store. A debit order has already gone off my account for a TV I dont even have. Game should sort out the issue between themselves and their courier and refund my money without making me wait any longer.

I would rather buy the TV today and go home with it today. Please give my money back immediately. Your problems with your courier is none of my business. I want my money back.
