Order paid for but not delivered.

Will never buy from Game again. Pre Ordered a PS5 2 months in advance was assured numerous times by customer services that I will be getting it delivered on the launch date. Some agents didn't know what date that was. 1 day after launch and they still do not know when it will.be delivered. Whats the point of pre ordering a device of it's not going to be delivered on the intended date.
