Order number ***, item cancelled, no refund paid since 1 July

Order number ***, placed on 1 Jul Item cancelled without consulting with me, cancelled then informed me with no reason. Refund promised since that time, no refund paid. I had to ask, i was promised they will investigate, asked my bank acc, nothing happened. Game, when will i receive my refund?
