On the 28 of June purchased a Top Loader Washing Machine, on the 09/ July was delivered with dents on i. I sent emails same time to escalate it on game but still no feedback. We’ve been calling everyday they telling us its being escalated. Our reference 595427- today i called again they said the manager Rudy is gonna call us back still nothing. i spoke to agent named Areeqa. Can you guys please revert back to us asap now we have to pay laundry service while we have bought a washing machine its gonna be another a month now. This is urgent we need feedback today otherwise you will ill hear from our lawyers and will go in public with this query. Very bad service
