Order number ***

I ordered items on Game online in 30th April and the order was split in into and one was delivered them then the second one not.

I called their call centre on 05/05 and using my airtime and the consultant asked to hold while he calls the courier company to ask when with the order be delivered and the courier company consultant advised that i will be called she need to check with operations as to when will it be delivered.

They called me to say my order was on the way to me . So I had to change my plans to accommodate them and mind you it was my birthday and I took time off from work because I am alone. I waited the whole day and no one called or texted me to say that they are not coming how disappointed and ungrateful and unhappy I am I spend my birthday day at home waiting for nothing instead of spending time.

I am so unhappy with the service I am getting from game I’m on 6th day to and if they think I will wait for them they need to think twice all I need my ****** item and I will never encourage people or order on their online service poor customer care 😏😏😏😏
