Order number ***

I put in an order on the 17th of October, today is the 27th with numerous calls to their customer center and no calls made to me, i was called once by a lady asking if i was home and she will raise an exception as i was out for a school run, since then i have never been contacted.

I have been on hold for almost 2 hours now waiting for a manager, supervisor or team leader i am told by Thembelihle Mandondile that they are in meetings and i should hold.

Their advertisemnet says they will deliver with 2-7 working days, this has passed beyond! with no phone call no nothing except an email is sent to me to rate their service on a delivery they made which i have not received.

This is my order number and i am not impressed with their service at all!! Order number ***
