Order not received

I placed an order on the 10th of March and the next day I received an SMS stating that Khuliso is on his way to delivery my package. Around 18:00 he called me and ask if I could send my location but I was unable to do so because it was loadshedding he then asked me to stand outside so he will be able to see me but he then told me he will deliver my package the next day. The next day I received a message stating my package couldn’t be delivered because they were unable to get ahold of me. My package was not delivered the next day and when I tracked it, it showed that my package was signed by someone else. On the 13th Obakeng called me and asked why my package has two address and that he will be able to deliver it the next day. It is now the 18th and I have still not received my package because this morning the driver called me and told me he won’t be able to deliver my package because it’s not in his route and when I told him if he doesn’t deliver it by today I will cancel he told me to do so. Even after contacting Game 5 times and having the deliver rescheduled I still haven’t received my package.
