Order not received after a month

I placed an order for Earphones on the 7th June 2020. on the 12th June 2020 I received a message stating that my order has been dispatched. I still have not received my goods. I contacted them many many many times. Each time I speak to a different person, they give me some story and say they will get back to me. They never ever do. The goods were dispatched as per an e mail I received, but they even told me that they do not have stock, so what was dispatched? Each person has a new and different story to give me. I spoke to several people, Lucy Chindlovu, Hlanululo, Alex, Rukaya, Regan Johnson (supposedly a manager). One of the days I requested to speak to a manager and they transferred me to someone. I then spoke to that person who was lying as good as the others, so I requested to speak to a higher manager Natheer. I spoke to Natheer being the "manager" thinking that at least everything will be sorted now. On monday the 13th July 2020 I spoke to another agent and he said that there is a Natheer, but he is just a consultant, not a manager (****? is that not like ***** acting to be in a position that you not?). All I want is my earphones.
