Order not received

To whom it may concern

I would like to express the poor service I am experiencing from just receiving delivery of my Fridge.

On the 27 of February 2025 , I went to go purchase a Hisense fridge from Game Mall Of Africa and I was assisted by a great gentleman who stated I would receive my delivery on the Saturday 01 March 2025 . Bare in mind I do not have a fridge and had to throw out my food because the fridge I had exploded

I called in on Saturday to ask when will I receive my delivery and I was told that there are no drivers it will be between Sunday or Monday. Bare in mind I cancelled all my plans just to be available . What an inconvenience. On Sunday I decided to to fulfill the things I couldn’t do Saturday and at 14:43 I receive an sms from the driver Patrick where he was asking me if I am available, I rep**** immediately and said tomorrow which was referring to Monday .

Yesterday , 03 March I followed up and spoke to a guy by the name in Nhlanhla who sounded like he is helpful but wasn’t you stated the fridge was collected by the driver and will be delivered yesterday and guess what , no fridge delivered . At this point I have no fridge to store my food and this is really a big inconvenience

I call Nhlanhla today 04 March and he states that the fridge will be delivered tomorrow because the driver tried to call me and didn’t get hold of me . Which this is a BIG FAT lie because I only received a text message and not a CALL and this person did not call at all .

I need my fridge to be delivered TODAY or I will be involving my legal team and will come to the Store with Police to come demanding for my fridge .
