Order not delivered

bought groceries online on the 23th of February 2024 the following monday I was told that my order was handed to the courier and would be delievered within 2 - 5 day, I waited the whole week nothing was done and there was no communication. On Tuesday still nothing till I decided to contact them, they apologiezed and said the delivery was gonna be delivered within 2 day out of those 2 days the 1st day they failed and apologiezed 2nd day they didn't deliever instead they told me that they are still busy with the investigation, meaning if the investigations take the whole year will sit here without my groceries.Am out of those groceries in my house now
