Order not delivered

My order is/was due to be delivered today, initially when i enquired, i was advised that will receive a call from the courier guys, i should wait as my Order is still within SLA, i then followed up again, i was then told order is still with in SLA as 10 to 14 workinf days for the order to be delivered, i followed up again i was sent a copy and paste message advising me that, they have influx of orders, if any orders are out of SLA they will be refunded back to the Card i used paying for the order, which i rep**** to that message advising that i am not interested in a refund but the bicycle as it is a present to someone, now today is the 14th day nothing from the couriers or the service desk,

What annoy me is i have to always follow up to get an update of which that update as well its not sufficient enough.
