Order not delivered

I placed an order on 10 August 2022. Order number ***

It was confirmed that this order would be delivered on the 17th of August. I have been calling customer service to find out where my order is and nobody seems to know. they just advise me they will escalate to the store to find out what the delay is. They all promise to get back to me and guess what, nobody bothers. I am still waiting for feedback. When I track my order it still says "order confirmed". It is my daughter's birthday and need this order delivered ASAP. Where should one find help?
