ORDER NO ***

I would like to complain about Game Store, Last two weeks back I bought washing machine online for cash and waited for them to deliver until I complain with their customer service email telling them to deliver my order since I will be away for weekend. last week Friday they delivered the washing machine that is not new and not working , that machine is not new. We notice this yesterday. Game sold me the machine that is not new, one of the machine pipe had water inside , Yesterday I did send email to their customer service complained about this no one is replying .

what kind of service is this ..why Game is selling the the old product. I what my money back , their service is poor and not professional . I even regret for buying from their shop.
