Order never arrived!

I placed an order in the 19th of a June for a gas cylinder for my heater. I was therefore notified by sms that my order has been dispatched on the 21st with my order number and DHL details. I followed up on the 26tg of June for my order and was advised that it has been dispatched but with no further feedback. Today, the 28th I do another follow up call and only to be told that there is no stock after waiting 5 DAYS for my tedious order. Why was this not communicated on day one or have this item written “out of stock” on the website. Now I’m completely out of pocket, I have to wait for the refund so I can atleast go find a cylinder for my heater cause my family is cold and now I have to wait another week for my refund. This is pathetic. I was patient and understanding to all the consultants but then I get terrible feedback and I as the paying customer have to do all the follow ups with no communication in sight. My experience has put me in absolute duress!!!!!!!
