Order gazebo not delivered by Game

We ordered 2 gazebos from Game online on the 29th of November to be delivered in Port Elizabeth. After 10 working days nothing was delivered. After numerous phone calls, emails, promises from agents of we'll get back to you with in 10 minutes, still nothing. A new address was given for the gazebos to be delivered in Hersham. Well, well, 1 was delivered on the 24th of December. After more calls, emails, empty promises, we're still waiting for the other gazebo. Our holiday is qlmist done!!!! I would like my gazebo!!! Where is my other gazebo. Is there anybody that can help me???
