ORDER DISPATCHED on 03/07 BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY!!!!!!

I placed an order for a Samsung 8KG Front Load Washing Machine on Jun 26 and I was told it would be delivered in 10 business days, it has been TWENTY- SEVEN calendar days, that is NINETEEN working days.

I had not received any feedback from game besides the below email received in 03/07/2020 and I have been waiting for someone to contact me.

I have also been calling your call centre for the past 2 weeks, which proves useless??!!! ****** rude, unprofessional agents which do not know how to assist besides providing worthless information.

Finally, I got through to someone with a bit of sense 3 days ago, Sinovuyo with reference number 599985, who told me the order was dispatched already and was in the Cape Town Hub.. WHY THE HELL IS IT NOT AT MY PLACE YET????!!!

Sinovuyo then contacted Lily-ann or whoever at the warehouse who also said you guys are out-of-stock… REALLY????? ARE YOU ****** SERIOUS??? AFTER WASTING ALL THIS TIME AND ALL THESE CALLS TO TELL ME THIS WORTHLESS PIECE OF INFORMATION??????

THEN WHAT THE HELL WAS DISPATCHED THEN IF THE ITEM IS OUT OUF STOCK??? R6 000 is a lot of money to just not know what happened to it

Stop insulting my intelligence and provide me with answers. AND NOOOOO I DO NOT WANT THE REFUND AS I WAS OFFERRED!!!! I WANT WHAT I BOUGHT WITH MY HARD EARNED CASH.

I will be waiting on your response. Hopefully it will be in less than 48 hours.
