On Monday 20 November at 10 am, I purchased a Telefunken TV from Game Stores Online. I received a confirmation email with banking details of Game and DionWired online and I paid immedietely. I also sent a copy of my ID for them to check my TV licence. I sent proof of payment by email as well. They confirmed receiving my ID, but did not confirm recieving payment. According to the email I received it takes 3 - 5 days to deliver. I kept checking the status of my order, but it stayed on hold even now it is still on hold after 8 days I made payment. I sent an email wanted to confirm if they have received payment and when exactly will they probably deliver- no response to my emails, the number (***) also is never answered. I send emails and call Game everyday but still no one respond.
